Established in November 2021, OPI REALTY is a registered
independent real estate agent and property appraisal company, that serves the
whole of Cambodia, spanning 25 provinces. The company provides consulting
services regards buying, renting, selling property plus property valuation.
The company was founded by Ms. Ting
Tivecheka who has experience spanning more than nine years in the real estate
business including buying, selling, renting and acting as a brokerage agent.
OPI REALTY is licensed by the Real Estate Business and Pawnshop Regulator under
the supervision of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and has registration
number E-22-393 for Real Estate Agent.
OPI REALTY started in a most challenging economic situation,
and has built its own property listing database management software and mobile
app to manage the property listing information that is researched and collated
by its staff.
OPI REALTY received its license for operating real estate agent business from the Ministry of Economy and Finance in May 2022.
